Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Despite the rooms feeling a bit like a sauna even with the heater reduced, they were surprisingly comfortable with enough space for a couch and a table by the window. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and efficient staff always welcoming me with a big smile regardless of the time. While the location near Shinagawa station was very central and convenient for exploring Tokyo, the dining experience could use more variety, especially with the repetitive breakfast options. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the service was exceptional and the location was convenient for transportation and dining options, the room was disappointingly small. The dining experience left something to be desired, with repetitive menu options.
The hotel's compact rooms were exceptionally clean and bright even with the blinds closed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, offering information in simple English and standing out as the most friendly and helpful during our trip. Despite being located a distance up a slope from the train station, it was convenient for access to the shinkansen and the airport with early morning limousine bus services available. The dining experience was described as delicious and varied, albeit with a minimal style, but on the pricier side. However, the lack of dining inclusions on the room rate was noted.
The hotel is a decent choice for a stay in Tokyo. The rooms, while typically small for the area, are clean and functional, meeting expectations for the price paid. The service, especially when requesting extras like booking a taxi, is excellent and very friendly. However, the location, though convenient for stations, can be a bit of a chore to navigate due to the steep hill. The dining options, such as the repetitive breakfast buffet, could use some variety to enhance the experience.
The hotel is very sunny and bright, though noisy due to its location. The rooms are reasonable in size and have a big bathtub. The service is kind and bilingual, with excellent room amenities. The location offers convenience to Shinagawa train station but has a challenging uphill walk. The dining experience is a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine but may be considered expensive. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with some noise disturbances.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were bright and sunny but quite noisy due to the road outside. The service was friendly and bilingual, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Shinagawa Station. The dining experience offered a good mix of Western and Japanese cuisines, although it lacked variety. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
